“ We pride ourselves in punctuality, transparency, and innovation. Most importantly we want to provide our patients with pain relief as quick as possible. We have created a family atmosphere where all patients know what they can expect in relation to their insurance at each visit. We preauthorize all potential services and share that information with our patients in advance of those services. We have the most modern equipment and innovations to treat our patients. We have orthotic technology developed by Hewlett Packard called Fit Station. We have the ability to utilize 3D printing technology. It is revolutionizing the custom prescription orthotic space with its precision. We have dedicated orthotic labs in each of our offices in which we can perform complete gait analysis and orthotic evaluation. We are also very excited to offer Mutli-Lock-System Robotic Laser treatments (MLS) for both acute and chronic inflammatory conditions.”-Dr. Lewis
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family. Petrina and I have three children: Zach 20, Nick 18, Alexa 15. Zach is a student-athlete and collegiate quarterback, Nick attends UCLA studying economics and chemistry, and Alexa is a high school sophomore who loves to work out at Orange Theory. I am an entrepreneur at heart and I love serving as a mentor to others who are passionate in their pursuits of their personal goals. I also can be frequently found cooking meat on my Traeger Wood Pellet Smoker. I look forward to the opportunity to getting to know you and help you lead a pain free, healthy , and active life!

Shawn Khademi, DPM, FACFAS
Renton, Puyallup, Redmond
Dr. Shawn Khademi grew up in the Eastside suburb of Redmond, WA and attended the Kirkland International Community School. After obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Biology at Santa Clara University, he returned to Seattle and worked as a Research Scientist in the field of neurodegenerative diseases. His true passion was to always become a physician; lab work unfortunately did not give the instant gratification of helping people. A chance encounter with a Podiatrist eventually led him to shadow in the operating room and it was there that he found his calling. He ultimately obtained his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine at the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in North Chicago, IL. From there, he completed his residency training at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center in Boston, MA. It was at “St. E’s” that he trained with some of the most well-known practitioners in the country focusing on reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle. He completed more than 1,000 surgeries during this time and found particular interest with revisional surgery, sports medicine and trauma. He also participated in volunteer work and provided medical and surgical care to underserved patients in Peru and Ecuador. After residency, he returned to Chicago to work in private practice. Dr. Khademi puts his patients’ needs first. He believes in educating them as much as possible and presenting all viable treatment options. Treatment and decision-making is always a team-effort and is made based on what will best serve the patients and their lifestyles. Dr. Khademi believes in a conservative treatment approach and offers surgical intervention only when necessary. After almost 10 years training and working in other parts of the country, Dr. Khademi could not pass up the opportunity to return to the Pacific Northwest and be closer to this family. When he’s not treating patients, he loves to hike, snowboard and spend time on the lake in the summer.

Craig Clifford, DPM
Silverdale, Puyallup
Dr. Craig Clifford completed his podiatric and medical surgical residency training at the Franciscan Foot and Ankle Institute in Federal Way, WA. After residency he served as the Director of Research, and went on to become the Director of Residency Training with the Franciscan Foot and Ankle Institute. While teaching, he was honored to be awarded Clinician of the Year, Instructor of the Year, and Outstanding Teaching Award over multiple years. Dr. Clifford was also the recipient of the Washington State Podiatric Medical Association Physician of the Year Award in 2020. After over a decade of performing, teaching, and developing new surgical procedures, Dr. Clifford has seen firsthand that most foot and ankle surgery can be avoided with appropriate conservative care. In 2022 he left his successful surgical practice in Federal Way and joined Northwest Foot and Ankle Center with the goal of having better access to cutting edge conservative care for his patients, and only offering surgical intervention when absolutely necessary. Dr. Clifford is Board Certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery, and Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. He is on the Board of Directors for the International Foot and Ankle Foundation for Education and Research, and is the Editor of the Journal of the International Foot and Ankle Foundation. Dr. Clifford is also actively involved with the Yucatan Children’s Project, which goes to the Yucatan twice per year to perform deformity correction surgeries on underserved children in Mexico.

Dustin Moyer, DPM
Renton, Puyallup, Redmond
Dr. Moyer is from Meridian, Idaho played college football for a junior college, lived in Brazil before graduating from Boise State University with a degree in Finance. After 3 months in the business field and not feeling fulfilled or personally connecting with people, he returned to school to complete the requirements needed to attend medical school. He transitioned out of the cubicle to a medical assistant in a Private Podiatry Practice to gain experience and serve a large Spanish speaking population that would help him later on. He attended Barry University in Miami, FL where he obtained his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine. While in Miami he served in the broader community through church organized volunteer opportunities including hurricane clean up efforts and student organizations. He completed his surgical residency at Rochester General Hospital in Upstate NY. He was able to participate in multiple surgical cases that included orthopedics, plastic surgery, and vascular surgery during his training. He was able to participate as a volunteer resident surgeon in the Yucatan Crippled Children's Project. He is married with 3 sons. They are excited to be in the Seattle area among the scenic mountains with access to the outdoors where waterskiing, snow skiing, camping, hiking, and fishing are some of the after-work or weekend adventures. He believes life is to be enjoyed and being able to do the right thing, at the right time, for the right reason. He is grateful to be back in a private practice setting where he can truly offer the best care for his patients.
