Jessyka joined our team in 2022. She has over 28 years of expert podiatry and orthopedic experience. Her areas of expertise include functioning as a patient liaison in regard to coordination of care, revenue cycle management, billing and coding, and overall organization leadership. Jessyka is also a credentialed and recognized national educator and subject matter expert. She frequently lectures in person at national conferences, participates in podcasts, and serves as a consultant to podiatric and orthopedic entities. Jessyka's true passion is making a positive impact on those she interacts with by helping patients reduce any anxiety about the unknown in the medical process. She is a true leader and team utility player in which the standard is to deliver beyond what is expected.

Carli Sides

REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF PURCHASING, FRONT OFFICE, REGISTERED X-RAY TECH, REGISTERED MEDICAL ASSISTANT

Redmond

Carli joined our team in 2021. She works in our Redmond location in the front and back office and is our Director of Purchasing. Carli is passionate about helping others and staying organized. Carli was born in the great PNW and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Seattle University. When not at work, you can find Carli coaching all star cheerleading, spending time with her dogs, or traveling.

Lisa Crouch

Puyallup

Lisa joined our team in 2021. She has over 24 years of medical office experience. Lisa was born and raised in Southern California. She married her husband Jim in 1975 and has 4 kids and 5 grandchildren. Lisa loves giraffes, white chocolate (which I have been told is not real chocolate), scallops, jigsaw puzzles, playing scrabble and walking hills. (glutton for punishment)

Melissa Nuckols

Front Office

Melissa joined our team in 2023. She has over 20 years of medical office experience. She loves to see the good in people and works hard to prepare for each patient. She is married to Carlos and has 2 grown daughters and 3 grandkids. In her free time, she loves to do interior design.

Mindy Elliott

Front Office

Mindy joined our team in 2024. She was born and raised Modesto, CA as an only child, and followed her high school sweetheart Seth to the PNW in August of 1997 and has been here ever since. Her career started in the medical field as a surgical tech working at Valley Medical Center and then gave that up to raise her only daughter Hailee. She eventually found herself back in the medical field working as a receptionist and loves the work and interaction with patients. When she is not at our Puyallup office, she is at home with her family, 2 weenie dogs and 2 cats watching true crime or reading a good book. She also loves hosting family and friends whenever she can and of course shopping!

Jamie Mullins

Jamie joined our team in 2024. She is a proud mom to a teenage boy, 2 young girls and a mini Goldendoodle! We love outdoor activities like camping, hiking and playing in the great outdoors! Jamie loves working with people and Mexican food!

Abigail Brown

Registered Medical Assistant, Registered X-Ray Tech, Front Office

Abigail recently joined our team in 2024. She was born and raised in the PNW. Abigail has freshly graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. Before working here, Abigail was a STEM Program Lead for the Boys and Girls Club creating an inclusive science lab for k-6th graders. When she isn’t working, you can find her playing video games, hiking throughout Washington, or listening to supernatural podcasts.
